Order process

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send an order confirmation email (or dispatch confirmation, depending on our process).

If we cannot accept your order (e.g., stock issues, pricing error, suspected fraud), we’ll let you know and refund any amounts paid.
Delivery

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Risk in the goods passes to you when delivered.

Ownership transfers to you once we receive full payment.

If a parcel is marked delivered but you can’t locate it, contact us promptly so we can investigate with the carrier.
Rights & refunds
If you’re a UK consumer buying online, you generally have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days of receiving your goods.
Change-of-mind returns

Tell us you want to return within 14 days of delivery.

Return items within 14 days of telling us.

Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging where possible.

You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
Refunds

We refund the price paid for the goods and the standard outbound delivery cost (if applicable) once we receive the return (or evidence it’s been sent).

Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Exceptions
Change-of-mind returns may not apply to:

Sealed goods that aren’t suitable for return for health protection/hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Customised or made-to-order items.

Digital content after download/streaming has started.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Pre-orders

We may take payment at the time of order (or at dispatch) depending on checkout settings.

Safety & age restrictions
